Would Clean Diesel Engines Be Popular...
Diesel powered automobiles have somewhat been shunned till now for being less environment friendly, but....

 Automobile Springs Industry
Springs have multiple uses. Mostly they are used for the suspensions of wheeled vehicles. Springs form an integral part integral part of any vehicle because they support the weight of your vehicle and allow it to remain stable and smooth even in the harsh and unleveled driving conditions. These are the mechanical parts, which expand at the time when the vehicle hit dips on the road and compress when it, encounter bumps.

Automobile Springs
Springs are basically elastic objects or devices that are used for storing mechanical energy. The springs used in automobiles comes in variety of designs usually conical, torsion, extension, compression, and flat. Springs are made of hardened steel, annealed steel, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, oil-tempered low-carbon, chrome silicon, chrome vanadium, titanium and stainless. More precisely, a spring is a device, which is used for storing potential energy by pulling the bonds between the atoms of an elastic material. Clutch spring are often considered as the compressor tools. These springs become shorter when force is applied to them and then retain its original shape when force is removed. Clutch springs are used for controlling the functioning of an automobile clutch. It oversees how efficiently an automotive clutch turns power into acceleration. Mostly titanium and steel are used for making clutch springs.

Suspension springs
Different types of automobile uses variety of springs depending on the design and structure of suspension. Suspension springs gives support to the weight of the automobile and allow the suspension system to move smoothly and adapt to the road conditions. The suspension springs compresses when the wheels of the vehicle strike a bump and bloat when it comes in contact with a dip. Suspension springs are mostly made of titanium, steel, beryllium copper, tantalum, nickel, niobium etc.
Types of Suspension springs are:

Valve springs are the mechanical components or tools, which are used for controlling the movement of intake and exhaust valves. Valve springs are usually made up of specialty steel wire rod, titanium, and other types of metals. These springs push the valve stem and sustain contacts between valve-train components. It opens and shut down the port based on motion created by the cam present in an automobile engine.

Spiral springs
Its shape is that of a spiral, which is wounded with the help of a flat strip of wire and embarked by a torque at an axis normal to the plane of the spiral. Also known by different names such as clock, power or coil springs, these springs are mostly used in steering wheels, clocks, galvanometers are other rotating devices. Spiral springs are made of stainless steel, nickel, titanium, alloy steel, brass, beryllium copper, plastic etc.

Spacer Ring is an additional or an extension ring, which are used on dual pipe, exhaust systems and down pipes. This type of ring maintains a constant gap with thermal expansion through which temperature is regulated within the automobile exhaust systems. Plastic, rubber, stainless steel, glass, ceramics, aluminum etc are widely used for making spacer rings.
